Out of the pangs of traditionalism and religiosity, God led our Senior Pastor and Founder Rev. E. N. Jennings, Jr., to read Romans 6:4 "Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death: that just as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life" and through this word from the Lord, New Life Cathedral was birthed out of our Pastor/Founder's spirit in May of 2007. 

Since New Life Cathedral's inception in the Chicago metropolitan area we have experienced the favor of God's hand on us as a ministry. From our very first service where over three hundred plus were in attendance, and one hundred and (115) fifteen of those present became members of New Life Cathedral in our initial service. God has been gracious towards us.
